The research included 13 voluntary participants. Each of them performed BT of two different difficulties in random order. BT was performed on balance board with motion in sagittal plane. We measured acute changes of spinal mechanisms with recording soleus H-reflex, active time of establishing balance control, number of hand supports because of losing balance, distance and speed of balance board. After each repetition of BT, we elicited H-reflex. Active time of establishing balance, number of hand supports because of losing balance and speed of balance board are statistically different between tasks (all: p&lt;0,05). We noted that more difficult BT reduces amplitude of wave H in less series, while after 7 repetitions there is no differences in H-wave reduction between tasks. Mechanical parameters were correlated with reduction of H-wave amplitude, but only in less difficult BT. This could mean that there can be a threshold level to which H-reflex amplitude can potentially present a measure of BT difficulty. We also noticed that number of repetitions influences on gradual reduction of H-wave amplitude in both BT</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V raziskavi smo želeli preveriti akutne učinke dveh ravnotežnih nalog (RN) na refleks H. V raziskavi je prostovoljno sodelovalo 13 merjencev. Vsak merjenec je izvedel po sedem ponovitev dveh po zahtevnosti različnih RN po naključnem vrstnem redu. RN so izvajali v stoji na levi nogi na ravnotežni deski, ki omogoča gibanje v sagitalni ravnini. Med izvedbo RN smo spremljali čas aktivnega vzpostavljanja ravnotežja, število dotikov opore z roko zaradi izgube ravnotežnega položaja, opravljeno pot in hitrost gibanja ravnotežne deske. Po vsaki ponovitvi RN pa je bil izzvan refleks H. Čas aktivnega vztrajanja v ravnotežnem položaju, število dotikov opore z roko zaradi izgube ravnotežnega položaja in hitrost gibanja deske v sagitalni ravnini so se med RN statistično značilno razlikovali (vsi p &lt; 0,05). Ugotavljamo, da je pri bolj zahtevni ravnotežni nalogi potrebno manj ponovitev, da pride do značilnega upada refleksa H, hkrati pa po 7 ponovitvah ni statistično značilnih razlik med RN. Mehanski parametri izvajanja RN so bili povezani z upadom refleksa H le pri RN nižje zahtevnosti. To nakazuje na možnost praga zahtevnosti RN, znotraj katerega bi amplituda refleksa H potencialno lahko predstavljala mero intenzivnosti izvajanja RN.
