In doing so, it is essential to recognise the public interest in the functioning of social dialogue and to create appropriate support mechanisms from the state side"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Socialni dialog kot pomembna evropska in nacionalna vrednota nudi dovoljšne možnosti odzivanja na izredne razmere. V času epidemije je bilo v Sloveniji zaznati relativno skromen odziv, kar je mogoče pripisati več dejavnikom. Za dosego preboja se je treba sistematično lotiti nerešenih vprašanj iz preteklosti, zlasti prenove plačnega sistema v javnem in zasebnem sektorju, ter nemudoma pristopiti k pogovorom o sodobnih izzivih, s katerimi se soočamo tako na trgu dela kot širše v družbi.
