In such disputes, most complainants claimed violations of constitutional rights of procedural nature. The issues discussed refer to the constitutional procedural guarantee under Articles 22, 24 and 25 of the Constitution and depending on the content of the respective dispute also Articles 33, 49, 66 and 50. Constitutional Court has also been engaged with abstract assessment of the regulations concerning individual issues regarding labour law and social institutes, either on request or by an initiative filed to the Court. This paper presents some Constitutional Court reviews of labour law institutes"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Ustavno sodišče se s problematiko delovnih in socialnih razmerij najpogosteje sreča pri reševanju ustavnih pritožb zoper odločitve delovnih in socialnega sodišča. V tovrstnih sporih pritožniki največkrat uveljavljajo kršitve ustavnih pravic, ki so procesne narave. Gre za ustavno procesna jamstva, ki so varovana z 22., s 24. in 25. členom Ustave. Glede na vsebino spornega predmeta pa tudi 33. člen, 49. člen, 66. člen in 50. člen Ustave. S posameznimi delovnopravnimi, pa tudi socialnimi instituti se Ustavno sodišče ukvarja tudi v okviru abstraktne presoje predpisov, bodisi na vloženo zahtevo ali pobudo.
