Expert research into the above issues and problems calls for teamwork so as to find the best solutions for workers. This was also corroborated by examples presented by Mayo Clinic experts at a recent international symposium on employees% healthy lifestyle. Some examples of good practice in Slovenia also point to the same fact; however, the situation regarding the protection and maintenance of employees% health and promotion of their physical/sports activity in a work environment and outside has still not reached the expected level. To achieve positive change, individual campaigns and activities must focus on the managements of companies and commercial organisations</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Zdravje zaposlenih na delovnem mestu in njihove psihofizične sposobnosti prihajajo vse bolj v ospredje zanimanja različnih skupin strokovnjakov, predvsem kineziologov, različnih specialistov medicinske stroke in zdravstvenih delavcev ter drugih, zlasti ergonomov, ki so povezani z obravnavo človeških virov v delovnem okolju. Posamezne akcije in dejavnosti za pozitivne spremembe morajo zato biti usmerjene v vodstva podjetij ter delovnih in gospodarskih organizacij</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-5H52GNFY"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-5H52GNFY" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-5H52GNFY/f226ba88-852b-4f63-ab26-3a56abf4c05d/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-5H52GNFY/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-5H52GNFY" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
