Responses following inward pushes to the pelvis do not differ across walking speeds and consist predominantly from placing an ensuing step into the direction of the perturbing push. Responses to outward pushes differ considerably. At very low walking speed, adequate modulation of centre-of-pressure and ground reaction force under the stance leg are the core of an efficient response. A substantial number of people after stroke or transtibial amputation are not able to respond in the described way and need to negotiate perturbations only when they enter the stance with their unimpaired limb, thus making their responses inefficient. Prolonged perturbation-based training in post-stroke patients may substantially improve recovery of dynamic balancing responses</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Predstavljamo metode in ugotovitve ocenjevanja in urjenja dinamičnega ravnotežja z uporabo zunanjih motenj s strani rehabilitacijskega robota pri počasni hoji po tekalni stezi pri zdravih osebah in osebah z okvarami gibalnega sistema. Urjenje dinamičnega ravnotežja z motilnimi sunki sile skozi daljše obdobje rehabilitacije lahko bistveno pripomore k okrevanju</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-5B7FT1FU"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-5B7FT1FU" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-5B7FT1FU/b86c08d8-de61-47ae-b3e8-785841615386/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerzitetni rehabilitacijski inštitut RS – Soča</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-5B7FT1FU/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-5B7FT1FU" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
