The paper highlights how BRICS+ transcends economic cooperation, increasingly establishing itself as a key political and security actor striving to restructure international relations. There is an emphasis on the opposition to liberal unipolarity and Western hegemony in order to strengthen the autonomy and influence of the countries of the Global South. In addition to the geopolitical and economic aspects, the paper addresses innovations in the financial sector introduced by BRICS+, including the establishment of the New Development Bank and initiatives for de-dollarization, which aim to reduce dependence on the US dollar in international financial transactions. There are challenges within the BRICS+ group, however, such as coordinating national policies and maintaining internal cohesion, which are crucial for maintaining the group's long-term success and influence</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V prispevku obravnavamo vzpon in širitev skupine BRICS+, s poudarkom na njeni vlogi pri reformah globalnega upravljanja in uveljavljanju multipolarnega sveta, ki naj bi po njenem mnenju bolj pravično odražal raznovrstne interese in moči na globalni ravni. Ob tem se skupina BRICS+ spoprijema s kompleksnimi izzivi usklajevanja nacionalnih politik in ohranjanja notranje kohezije, ki so ključni za ohranjanje dolgoročne uspešnosti ter vpliva skupine</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-54CG7ITO"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-54CG7ITO" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-54CG7ITO/25d08818-5130-4745-9d4e-e90608c1dcbf/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">MORS, Direktorat za obrambne zadeve</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-54CG7ITO/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-54CG7ITO" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
