These represent a more permanent and more prevention-oriented forms of support which is not carried out only in times of crisis, and not only focused on tenants and families in immediate crisis. In the framework of supporting families, the important role of voluntary workers should be emphasised, as well as the focus on sources of strength of families and the search for the optimum balance between structure and flexibility of support. Preventive community work pursues three main objectives: (1) creating a better climate and relations among the residents of a building or neighbourhood; (2) creating a culture of negotiation and taking care of their apartment and common areas; and (3) creating a relationship of trust between the staff of anti-eviction program and tenants. This should make work with tenants in times of threats of eviction easier and more efficient"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Poleg dela s posameznimi najemniki_cami v kriznih situacijah se v okviru antideložacijskega programa, ki ga izvaja društvo Kralji ulice, izvajata še podpora ranljivim družinam in preventivno skupnostno delo. Ti obliki sta trajnejši in še bolj preventivno usmerjeni obliki dela, ki se ne izvajata samo v času kriznih situacij in nista osredotočeni samo na najemnike_ce in družine v neposredni krizi. Posebnost dela z družinami je pomembna vloga prostovoljnih sodelavcev. Pri tem delu je podarjena usmerjenost v vire moči družin ter iskanje optimalnega ravnotežja med strukturo in prožnostjo podpore. Druga oblika dela, preventivno skupnostno delo, uresničuje tri osnovne cilje: (1) ustvarjanje boljše klime in odnosov med stanovalkami_ci določene stavbe ali soseske, (2) ustvarjanju kulture dogovarjanja in skrbi za svoje stanovanje in skupne prostore ter (3) ustvarjanje zaupnega odnosa med delavkami_ci antideložacijskega programa in stanovalkami_ci.
