The CJEU plays a crucial role in interpreting EU law and ensuring its uniform application across Member States. The enforcement of the CJEU judgments is complex and depends on the procedure by which the judgment is concluded. The CJEU handles a wide range of procedures, including on interpretation of EU law (under the preliminary ruling procedure according to Article 267 TFEU), enforcement of EU law (an action against Member States for violating EU law under Articles 258 and 259 TFEU), annulment or confirmation of EU legal acts (an action for annulment under Article 263 TFEU), action against an EU institution (an action for failure to act under Article 265 TFEU), or sanctioning of EU institutions (a claim for damages against the EU under Articles 268 and 340 TFEU). This article describes some of the key elements of enforcement of judgments. Effective enforcement of judgments of the CJEU is of existential importance for the integrity and effectiveness of the autonomous legal order of the European Union"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Pravna država zahteva spoštovanje in učinkovito izvrševanje pravnih odločitev. Sodišče EU ima ključno vlogo pri razlagi prava EU in zagotavljanju njegove enotne uporabe v državah članicah. Slika izvršitve sodb Sodišča EU je kompleksna in odvisna od postopka, v katerem je sodba izdana. Sodišče EU obravnava širok spekter zadev, ki se nanašajo ali na razlago prava EU (v okviru postopka za predhodno odločanje po 267. členu PDEU), uveljavljanje prava EU (tožba proti državi članici, ki krši pravo EU, po 258. in 259. členu PDEU), razveljavitev ali potrditev pravnih aktov EU (ničnostna tožba po 263. členu PDEU), ukrepanje proti instituciji EU (tožba zaradi molka organa po 265. členu PDEU) ali pa na sankcioniranje institucij EU (odškodninska tožba proti EU po 268. in 340. členu PDEU). V članku so opisani nekateri pomembnejši elementi izvršitve sodb.
