Our memory is rapidly fading through the years and it is not redundant if we renew it with at least some basic facts about this system - how was it planned, what were the alternatives at the time, would the decisions be the same today, which are the most traffic-sensitive points on it and would extensions of the carriageways help to reduce the traffic problems occuring today?Na sistemu obvoznih cest za motorni promet okoli Ljubljane, zasnovanem pred več kot 40 leti v Generalnem urbanističnem planu mesta Ljubljana, se vse pogosteje pojavljajo dolgi zastoji.
