This year, an amendment to the CPA was adopted which - apart from the provisions already in use - will become effective as of 14 September 2017. By the amendment to the CPA-E, certain provisions of the ZDSS-1 were repealed, yet the majority of the provisions of the amendment to the CPA-E applies also to proceedings before the Labour and Social Court. This paper presents an overview of the changes that affect the proceedings before the Labour and Social Courts"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Postopek v delovnih in socialnih sporih je urejen v Zakonu o delovnih in socialnih sodiščih (ZDSS-1), kolikor ga ne ureja ta zakon, pa se uporabljajo določbe Zakona o pravdnem postopku (ZPP). V letošnjem letu je bila sprejeta novela ZPP-E, ki se razen nekaterih določb, ki se že uporabljajo, začne uporabljati 14. septembra 2017. Z novelo ZPP-E so razveljavljene tudi nekatere določbe ZDSS-1, večina določb novele ZPP-E pa velja tudi za postopek pred delovnimi in socialnimi sodišči.
