The author concludes that the individual application of the concept of economically dependent persons under ZDR-1 is problematic in many respects. This problem becomes even more evident when it comes to the exercise of collective rights by a larger number of self-employed persons. In the event of extending the entitlement to collective labour rights to persons outside an employment relationship, linking this to the existing concept of an economically dependent person under ZDR-1 does not seem to be the optimal solution"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Avtor obravnava vprašanje ustreznosti uporabe instituta ekonomsko odvisne osebe (po slovenski pravni ureditvi) kot izhodišče za širitev kolektivnih delavskih pravic na širši krog samozaposlenih oseb. Avtor ugotavlja, da je že individualno uveljavljanje instituta ekonomsko odvisne osebe po ZDR-1 v številnih pogledih problematično. Navedena problematika pa pride še toliko bolj do izraza, kadar bi šlo za uresničevanje kolektivnih pravic s strani večjega števila samozaposlenih.
