The numerous allusions and direct quotes from the Book of Revelation convey a special meaning attributed to the apocalyptic text in Bulgakov’s masterpiece. The present paper is interested in the extent, if there is any, to which the intertextual elements are preserved in the Slovene translation and which strategies Poljanec used to preserve them"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Članek uvodoma predstavi ustvarjalnost enega največjih sodobnih ruskih pisateljev Mihaila Afanasjeviča Bulgakova, v nadaljevanju pa se osredotoči na analizo prevoda intertekstualnih figur, ki jih Bulgakov uporabi za vzpostavitev vzporednic z apokaliptično prerokbo, upodobljeno v Janezovem razodetju, v svojem prvem romanu Bela Garda. Avtor edinega slovenskega prevoda je Marjan Poljanec (1973). V romanu je moč opaziti številne apokaliptične aluzije in neposredne navedke iz Razodetja, ki opozarjajo na poseben pomen apokaliptične zgodbe v Bulgakovovi mojstrovini.
