Understanding different concepts of justice of a particular environment is always dependent on its fundamental ideas. Thus the understanding of different forms of justice in the Old Testament strongly depends on understanding the God's justice in the Old Testament. At first glance it seems to be rigorous and vindictive, and his righteousness resembles strict equality. Because of that, we are looking for such elements in all other biblical concepts of justice. But God in the Old Testament is not vengeful. His justice is absolute, covenantal and salvatory. On this basis, we can see distributive justice as an undeserved gift, related with care for the good of the community. In commutative justice we can see fair treatment and mutual respect, and we can understand corrective justice as a restorative rather than retributive justice. Consequently, defined justice is also consistent with the main ideal of justice as the supreme ideal of mutual relationships</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V članku skuša avtorica predstaviti pomen in vsebino različnih konceptov pravičnosti (distributivne, komutativne in korektivne) v Svetem pismu Stare zaveze. Tako opredeljena pravičnost se sklada s samo idejo pravičnosti kot vrhovnim idealom urejanja medsebojnih odnosov</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-32ZQCS7I"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-32ZQCS7I" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-32ZQCS7I/9e23e751-6991-4d07-96b9-006dd592cbf5/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Pravna fakulteta</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-32ZQCS7I/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-32ZQCS7I" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
