The survey uses mixed methodology: a survey and a focus group. As this research is still ongoing, this paper primarily describes the methodology of the first part, survey (instruments, sampling), some of the challenges, especially related to the non-existent data on the population of Slovenian librarians and library management, and basic findings. The focus group method is still under development and therefore only its basic starting points are given"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Prispevek opisuje metodologijo raziskave bralnih navad in bralne kulture strokovnih in vodstvenih delavcev v slovenskih knjižnicah, ki je sicer del širše raziskave v projektu Bralni vzori: bralne navade strokovnih delavcev v vrtcih, šolah in fakultetah ter splošnih knjižnicah. Gre torej za proučevanje vseh strokovnjakov, ki so vključeni in imajo vpliv na bralno pismenost in bralno kulturo, ter študentov za te poklice. Raziskava uporablja mešano metodologijo: anketo in fokusno skupino. Ker raziskava še poteka, so v tem prispevku opisani predvsem metodologija prvega dela, ankete (instrumenta, vzorčenje) in nekateri izzivi ob tem, zlasti vezani na neobstoječe podatke o populaciji slovenskih knjižničarjev in vodstev knjižnic, ter osnovne ugotovitve.
