We classify them into the client, environment, relationship, method, and counsellor factors. The counsellor’s inner experience is also included among the counsellor’s factors. Internal dialogue plays an important role in the processes of inner experience. Dialogue can be positive and as such help the counsellor in leading the counselling conversation, or negative, which means that the counsellor is hindered in communicating with the user. Internal dialogue serves as an interpreter and evaluator of external and internal events, followed by changes in emotions and behaviour. The research showed that counsellors are aware of the importance of the impact of internal dialogue. Self-instructions play a very important role during the counselling conversation, as the counsellor does not face too many unhealthy negative emotions, which allows him/her to perform functional behaviors within the counselling relationship that helps the user to achieve the counselling goal</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Na izid svetovalnega procesa vplivajo tudi tako imenovani skupni dejavniki. Razvrščamo jih v dejavnike uporabnika, okolja, odnosa, metode in svetovalca. To ji v okviru svetovalnega odnosa omogoča izvajati funkcionalna vedenja, ki so uporabniku v pomoč pri doseganju cilja svetovanja</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-2YN6VD0G"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-2YN6VD0G" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2YN6VD0G/d92d423f-62b4-4dd2-8310-c4195c1498d8/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za socialno delo</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2YN6VD0G/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2YN6VD0G" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
