In this study we've set a number of different questions. Our goal was to compare different programs for non-swimmers in Slovenia and abroad and different ways to adapt to the water. Also how the swimming programs are organized in elementary schools and what kind of a license is required for teaching or coaching swimming. After careful review we%ve come to a conclusion that the process of learning swimming is relatively similar in our country and in other European countries. What they all have in common is an initial adaptation to the water, then focusing on learning one of the basic swimming techniques (breaststroke, freestyle, and backstroke). The most significant differences occur regarding the type of license with which a person can teach swimming and organization of swimming courses within the school</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V članku smo raziskovali, kakšen sistem učenja plavanja imamo v Sloveniji, in kakšnega imajo nekatere druge evropske države. Do največjih razlik prihaja pri vrsti licenc, s katero lahko oseba poučuje plavanje, in pri organizaciji plavalnih tečajev v sklopu šole</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-2VZXD8WH"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-2VZXD8WH" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2VZXD8WH/2fbc2cd6-a795-4fc0-904e-904e34ef8da7/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2VZXD8WH/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2VZXD8WH" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
