At its core, this institute means that no one is obliged to subject himself to an unlawful attack and that everyone has the right to defend themselves against such an attack. But despite the traditional stability of this criminal law construct, it is anything but simple and theoretically finalized. Namely, many dogmatic dilemmas arise within the self-defence, which can also be a hard nut to crack for our case law. In this paper, I address two contemporary self-defence dilemmas. Namely, the question of goods that can be protected with self-defence, and whether self-defence can be used to take the life of another person in the interest of protecting property</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Silobran velja za najstarejši, najbolj tradicionalni in najbolj klasični razlog izključitve protipravnosti posameznikovega dejanja, ki sicer izpolnjuje bit kaznivega dejanja. V tem prispevku sta obravnavani dve sodobni silobranski dilemi, in sicer vprašanje dobrin, ki jih s silobranom sploh lahko ščitimo, ter vprašanje, ali lahko v interesu zaščite premoženja s silobranom drugi osebi vzamemo življenje</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-2RBPHX0E"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-2RBPHX0E" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2RBPHX0E/1bd-4-4--e6aaf38ca5b510c9ec4de8c4ee4/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2RBPHX0E/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-2RBPHX0E" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
