The above also affects the labour market in the area of sport which has become diversified, dynamic and highly competitive. This is, inter alia, a consequence of the broad range of university and professional study programmes offered by faculties and the even broader range of training programmes provided by sports associations and companies. This contribution gives a historical overview of the development of tennis education and training programmes abroad and in Slovenia, as well as opens up a number of questions. The key question is what type of sports expert we want in the future"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Živimo v časih, ko trg dela ne zahteva več ljudi s celostno razvito osebnostjo , ampak predvsem osebe z ozkimi in specifičnimi kompetencami, ki so hkrati zmožne hitrih prilagoditev za opravljanje drugega poklica. Vse to vpliva tudi na trg dela v športu, ki postaja vse bolj raznolik, dinamičen in tekmovalen. Temu botruje tudi široka ponudba univerzitetnih in strokovnih študijskih programov fakultet ter še številčnejša ponudba programov usposabljanj športnih zvez in podjetij. Prispevek predstavlja zgodovinski pregled razvoja teniških programov izobraževanja in usposabljanja v tujini ter pri nas ter postavlja številna odprta vprašanja.
