These actions were carried out by the Nazi authorities during World War II on the territory that had been occupied by the German occupier. Given the sources, the focus of the research is mainly the repatriation of such children in the years 1946/1947, even though, of course, the process had been in motion since the end of the war. For the year 1945 this type of material could not be acquired. Since the repatriation constitutes only one act of the extensive integration process of the then unfortunately already orphaned children into post-war society, the second part of the article is devoted to the post-war solution to the legal status of the abducted children as victims of Nazi violence in the municipalities of northeaster Slovenia and Carniola. Archival material shows also from this perspective, from the period of the seventies and eighties of the previous century, the course of intensive discussions on the regulation of the prerogatives of abducted children as a specific category of children, as evidenced by the material of the republic conference of the SAWP"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Članek temelji predvsem na arhivskem gradivu, ki daje vpogled v repatriacijo ukradenih in na silo odpeljanih otrok. To dejanje so izvršile nacistične oblasti med drugo svetovno vojno na teritoriju, ki ga je okupiral nemški okupator. Poudarek raziskave je namenjen predvsem repatriaciji omenjenih otrok v letih 1946/1947, čeprav je repatriacija seveda potekala vse od konca vojne, a je to gradivo tisto, ki časovno determinira podroben pregled poteka repatriacije. Za leto 1945 tovrstnega gradiva ni bilo moč izslediti. Ker pa je sama repatriacija zgolj eno dejanje v časovno obsežnejšem postopku vključevanja največkrat tedaj žal že sirot v povojno družbo, je drugi del prispevka namenjen prav povojnemu reševanju pravnega statusa ukradenih otrok kot žrtev nacističnega nasilja na območju občin severovzhodne Slovenije in Gorenjske.
