The purpose is to understand what, why, and how a health intervention works in a real, uncontrolled environment. This area covers also many studies aiming to identify barriers and facilitators, which influence implementation of cognitive services in pharmacy practice. Barriers that are met most frequently are lack of time and money and support from as well as communication with local general practitioners. These barriers can be presented also as facilitators; although facilitator by itself does not suggest a successful implementation. Another important facilitator identified is proper work organization, meaning good communication and teamwork"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Implementacijske raziskave predstavljajo pomembno orodje pri uvajanju novosti v zdravstveni sistem. Namen takih raziskav je razumeti, kaj, zakaj in kako novost (storitev) deluje v realnem okolju. Na to področje uvrščamo tudi veliko študij, ki so raziskovale, s kakšnimi ovirami in spodbudami se srečujemo pri uvajanju kognitivnih storitev v lekarniško dejavnost. Kot ovire se stalno pojavljajo pomanjkanje časa, pomanjkanje denarja ter slaba podpora in komunikacija z zdravniki. Te ovire lahko predstavljajo tudi močne spodbujevalce, čeprav zgolj spodbujevalec ne pomeni tudi uspešne implementacije.
