It is necessary to orientate to the shopper and adjust web shop to the shoppers`s needs and wishes. The research in the paper is based on integrated model of specific beliefs influencing shopper`s attitude and behavior. Reactions to product perceptions, shopping experience, customer service and perceived consumer risk have been studied. The study discussed the Slovene shopper`s point of view established in the research and included into master thesis Electronic Shopping: Opportunities and Threats in Slovenia. The study is important for electronic shopping forecasting in Slovenia and for improvement of the Slovenian economy competitiveness. It is very important for both sides, sellers and shoppers in Slovenia. If they know possibilities, opportunities and difficulties of electronic shopping, it will be easier for them to prepare for such way of shopping. Potrebno se je usmeriti v nakupovalca in spletno trgovino prilagoditi njegovim potrebam in željam. V prispevku zajeta raziskava je zasnovana na celostnem modelu vplivanja dejavnikov na odnos in smoter nakupovanja prek interneta. Zajeta so vplivanja dejavnikov: vrednost proizvoda ali storitve, izkušnje z nakupovanjem prek interneta. V prispevku so podana stališča nakupovalcev v Sloveniji, ki so bilapridobljena z raziskavo \"Elektronsko nakupovanje: priložnosti in težave v Sloveniji\", ki je bila narejena v okviru magistrske naloge. Raziskava je pomembna za načrtovanje elektronskega nakupovanja v Sloveniji in povečanje konkurenčnosti slovenskega gospodarstva. Pomembna je za prodajalce in nakupovalce v Sloveniji, saj se bodo na podlagi znanih možnosti, priložnosti in težav nakupovanja prek interneta lažje odločali za ta način prodaje.
