With the closure of educational institutions and relocation of pedagogical activities to virtual environments, we find that the revision of standards regarding the protection of teachers' personal lives is even more important. The legislator, the social partners, and the management of educational institutions should therefore introduce appropriate safeguards at the level of legislation, employers' autonomous regulation, and in the choice of ICT tools for distance learning. Educators should be given more control over the interferences in their private life during the virtual learning process. Workers in industries, who were working from home during the epidemic and will continue to do so in the unforeseeable future, could face similar challenges as the educators described in this paper"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Informacijski pooblaščenec in številni avtorji so že pred epidemijo koronavirusne bolezni in množičnim delom od doma opozarjali na pomanjkljivo zakonodajno ureditev na področju varstva zasebnosti delavcev v Sloveniji. Ob zaprtju izobraževalnih ustanov in selitvi pedagoške aktivnosti v virtualna okolja ugotavljamo, da je prevetritev standardov glede sprejemljivih posegov v pedagogovo osebno življenje med izvedbo pedagoških in drugih delovnih aktivnosti še bistveno bolj pomembna. Zakonodajalec, socialni partnerji in vodstva izobraževalnih zavodov bi morali uvesti ustrezne varovalke, tako na ravni pozitivne zakonodaje kot v avtonomnih aktih delodajalcev ter pri izbiri IKT-orodij za poučevanje na daljavo. Pedagogom bi bilo treba omogočiti kar največjo stopnjo nadzora nad tem, do kolikšne mere je za izvedbo konkretne delovne aktivnosti nujno poseči v njihove osebnostne pravice, in hkrati uvesti ukrepe za ublažitev teh vplivov.
