We focused on existing and wanted situation. We werw interested mainly in the opinions of employees and their view about advantagesand weaknesses that informaton brings. We concentrated on level of information technology(IT), hardware and software, on its impacts on work of individuals and organisation as a whole and on restrictive and stimulating factors that influence the informatisation. The research was carried out by a compehensive questionnaire of employees in public administration. It is one ofthe first research of this type in the e-government field in Slovenia and inthe world as well"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Pričujoči prispevek predstavlja rezultate raziskave, katere namen je bil ugotoviti stopnjo informatiziranosti javne uprave in raziskati, ali informatizacija povzroča tudi organizacijske in sociološke spremembe v javni upravi in v kakšni meri. Osredotočili smo se tako na obstoječe kot tudi na želeno stanje. Zanimali so nas predvsem mnenje zaposlenih in njihovi vidiki o prednostih in slabostih, ki jih informatizacija prinaša. Raziskali smo stanje informacijske tehnologije, tako strojne kot programske opreme, vplive le-te nadelo posameznikov in stanje v celotni organizaciji kot tudi različne zaviralne in spodbujevalne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na informatizacijo. Raziskavo smo izvedli na osnovi obsežne ankete zaposlenih v javni upravi.
