By enhancing the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities and positive discrimination, European youth programmes ensure equal opportunities. Although young people with fewer opportunities enter programme activities with different starting points compared to their peers without limited access to opportunities, this does not lead to differences in learning outcomes. Z okrepljenim vključevanjem mladih z manj priložnostmi in pozitivno diskriminacijo evropski programi na področju mladine zagotavljajo enake možnosti. Čeprav mladi z manj priložnostmi vstopajo v aktivnosti programov z drugačnimi izhodišči v primerjavi z vrstniki brez omejenega dostopa do priložnosti, to ne povzroča razlik pri učnih dosežkih.
