In doing so, it attempts to define how recent and future technological developments in the field of AI will affect the legal profession itself, in particular the structure of work and employees in law firms, and what adjustments and restructuring can therefore realistically be expected in the short and medium term. On the one hand, it highlights a number of ethical, legal and regulatory dilemmas associated with the use of AI systems, including in terms of possible interference with individual rights. On the other hand, it highlights such dilemmas, especially against the background of the existing normative regulation of the legal profession in Slovenia, including the issues of liability, the duty of confidentiality and the need for adequate regulation of the services of alternative providers of legal advice using AI</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Prispevek obravnava izjemno hiter razvoj sistemov umetne inteligence in analizira njihov vpliv in uporabnost pri izvajanju odvetniških storitev v svetu in v Sloveniji. Na drugi strani pa osvetli tovrstne dileme še posebej z vidika obstoječe normativne ureditve odvetništva pri nas, vključno z vprašanji odgovornosti, dolžnostjo varovanja tajnosti in potrebo po ustrezni ureditvi storitev alternativnih ponudnikov pravnega svetovanja z uporabo umetne inteligence</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-1JHS2NK9"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-1JHS2NK9" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-1JHS2NK9/4884fafb1d08809-8-0b4c7363564-42-137/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-1JHS2NK9/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-1JHS2NK9" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
