The aim of the study was to investigate the lifestyle and satisfaction of employees at sport infrastructure. A questionnaire, available on the 1KA website, was sent to all employees. Data was collected via an online questionnaire and further analyzed using SPSS 21 (SPSS Inc., Armonk, New York, USA). Statistical analysis included the Mann-Whitney rank test, Kruskall-Wallis rank test, and Fisher’s exact test. 71 out of 122 employees participated, with an average age of 44.7 years. The results show that the majority of employees (60%) are physically active at least twice a week. Most of their activity lasts between 30 and 60 minutes (57%). They most often engage in walking, cycling, fitness, hiking, and running. Physical activity usually takes place in natural outdoor areas. At work, 60% of employees spend more than half of their time sitting. Job satisfaction was statistically significantly associated with satisfaction with family life (positive low correlation, p = 0.04), but not with a healthy lifestyle, sitting at work, physical activity, or monthly sports expenses. No differences were found in job satisfaction based on age or mode of transportation to work</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Delovno okolje lahko pomembno vpliva na življenjski slog zaposlenih. Namen študije je bil raziskati življenjski slog in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v športni infrastrukturi, in sicer v okviru Javnega zavoda Šport Ljubljana. Vprašalnik, dostopen na spletni strani 1KA, je bil poslan vsem zaposlenim. Sodelovalo je 71 od skupno 122 zaposlenih, anketiranci so bili v povprečju stari 44,7 leta. Podatki so bili pridobljeni prek spletnega vprašalnika in analizirani v programu SPSS 21 (SPSS Inc., Armonk, New York, ZDA). Prav tako nismo ugotovili razlik v oceni zadovoljstva z delom glede na starost in obliko prevoza na delovno mesto</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-1DJ6FLXN"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-1DJ6FLXN" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-1DJ6FLXN/d53072f3-b17b-4132-945e-94bd17a9a424/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-1DJ6FLXN/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-1DJ6FLXN" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
