Methodology/approach: The survey was based on a selective identification and analysis of published literature and Internet sources, qualified by expert opinion. Results: The results are summarised in five sections: definitions, models, content, and contexts for information literacy; frameworks and methods for teaching and learning of information literacy; information literacy learning materials; multicultural and multilingual aspects of information literacy education; use of MOOCs for information literacy education. Research limitations: The review is selective rather than comprehensive, and focuses on those issues of most significance for the development of the ILO MOOC. Originality/practical implications: Although the findings are directed to support the development of the ILO MOOC, it is hoped that they may be of more general interest to those involved in information literacy instruction"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Namen: Članek prinaša pregled dobrih praks pri izobraževanju za informacijsko pismenost na univerzah v različnih evropskih državah, kar predstavlja prvo fazo projekta Erasmus+, ki se imenuje ILO (Information Literacy Online) in katere rezultat je MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), t. j. online tečaj za učenje informacijske pismenosti, ki poudarja vidik večjezičnosti in večkulturnosti projekta. Metodologija: Pregled temelji na selekciji ter analizi publikacij in virov, dostopnih na internetu, pri tem je sodelovala skupina ekspertov. Rezultati: Rezultati so povzeti v petih poglavjih: definicije, modeli, vsebina, področja uporabe, okviri in metode za poučevanje in učenje informacijske pismenosti, učna gradiva, večkulturni in večjezični vidik izobraževanja za informacijsko pismenost, uporaba MOOC. Omejitve raziskave: Pregled se je osredotočil le na najpomembnejše elemente pri razvoju ILO MOOC.
