If we disregard the German conservative Michael Hermann, who had joined the Slovenian camp and represented the Slovenian "colours" ever since the restoration of the Austrian constitutional life, the Slovenian side did not win its first term until as late as 1865. In the Provincial Assembly, Razlag % together with Hermann and later Josip Vošnjak % resolutely represented the Styrian Slovenians and argued in favour of the federalist system in AustriaAvtor v članku analizira delovanje spodnještajerskega poslanca Radoslava Razlaga v štajerskem deželnem zboru med leti 1865/1868, ko je mandat odložil.
