Household consumers can play an important role in providing this flexibility, which can primarily be encouraged through price signals. This raises the question of how strong it should be. The aim of this paper is therefore to determine the level of the price signal, or tariff difference, required for household consumers to permanently change their electricity consumption habits. The methodology is based on a consumer survey on the minimum financial compensation required for consumers to permanently change their habits. This is further normalized to the flexible energy due to the permanent change. The estimated price signal is approximately 200 €/MWh for shifting the use of flexible household appliances to night-time and weekend periods, as well as for allowing larger fluctuations in the temperature of domestic hot water. For a permanent reduction in the spaceheating temperature by 1, 2, and 3 °C, the estimated price signal is approximately 600 €/MWh"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Zaradi naraščanja števila obnovljivih virov električne energije naraščajo tudi potrebe po prožnosti. Pomembno vlogo ima pri tem prav tako prožnost gospodinjskih odjemalcev. Slednjo je mogoče spodbuditi predvsem s cenovnimi signali, pri čemer se poraja vprašanje, kako velik mora biti ta cenovni signal. Cilj prispevka je zato določiti višino cenovnega signala oziroma tarifne razlike, ki bi gospodinjske odjemalce spodbudila, da bi trajno spremenili svoje navade pri rabi električne energije. Metodologija temelji na anketiranju odjemalcev o višini minimalnega finančnega nadomestila za trajno spremembo svojih navad, kise nadalje normira na energijo prožnosti zaradi trajne spremembe.
