Contemporary treatment approach and different forms of substitute treatment are presented, as well as preparations for treatment - concentrates F VI/IX and DDAVP, treatment problems - inhibitors, infections with viruses HIV, HBV and HCV and precise guidelines for the treatment of haemorrages form different sources after surgery. If moderns treatment directions are being followed, a haemophilia patient can live in relative safety and mostly a life of a high quality, reaching a normal old age.
