This means there should always be a tendency to design training session with the environment where athlete can develop motor abilities and learn motor skills in an economic and effective way. This approach enables an increase in training efficiency and minimization of training load, allowing good balance between preparedness and rest. One of key performance indicators is technical and tactical mastery of sports specific motor skills. In recent years a different motor skill teaching method also known as Constraints-led approach has emerged presenting an alternative to traditional linear approaches. It can be described as a holistic approach towards skill acquisition which is based on implementation of different constraints, external focus of attention, task simplification and implicit learning into skill acquisition process. As a consequence, motor skills improve athlete’s sports performance, increases stress resilience and adaptability to unpredictable environment. This is especially of important in sports where continuous movement adaptations must take place in order to prevent changes in performance level"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Med osnovne premise športne vadbe sodi načelo racionalnosti, ki zahteva, da s čim manj truda in časa dosežemo zastavljene trenažne učinke. Proces treninga mora biti torej zasnovan ekonomično in učinkovito. Naloga trenerjev in vaditeljev je ustvariti pogoje za takšen trening ter posledično napredek in uspeh v športni panogi. Med ključne dejavnike za uspeh športnika sodi obvladovanje tehničnih in taktičnih elementov športa, ki jih imenujemo tudi gibalne spretnosti. Teh se športnik v procesu treninga uči, jih izpopolnjuje in znanje prenaša v tekmovalne okoliščine s pomočjo procesa gibalnega učenja. V športni praksi so pogosti tradicionalni, linearni pristopi h gibalnemu učenju. Metoda usmerjenega raziskovanja motoričnega prostora je ena izmed metod gibalnega učenja, ki se je razvila kot protiutež linearnim pristopom. Predstavljena metoda zajema celosten pristop h gibalnemu učenju, ki s premišljeno uporabo različnih omejitev v izvedbi gibalne naloge, z zunanjim usmerjanjem pozornosti in s poenostavljanjem gibalne naloge izboljšuje proces športnega treninga. Produkt tega naj bi bila kakovostnejša izvedba gibalne naloge, ki je odpornejša proti prisotnosti stresa in spremembam v okolju. Slednje je še posebej pomembno v športu, kjer se lahko pogoji, v katerih se gibanje izvaja, nenehno spreminjajo in predstavljajo izziv za ohranjanje športne zmogljivosti in uspešnosti"}],"edm:type":"TEXT","dc:type":[{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"znanstveno časopisje"},{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"journals"},{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785"}]},"ore:Aggregation":{"@rdf:about":"http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-0949WXGD","edm:aggregatedCHO":{"@rdf:resource":"URN:NBN:SI:doc-0949WXGD"},"edm:isShownBy":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-0949WXGD/ad7e6108-0dd6-40b0-a3fc-bb1ae569f6b9/PDF"},"edm:rights":{"@rdf:resource":"http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"},"edm:provider":"Slovenian National E-content Aggregator","edm:intermediateProvider":{"@xml:lang":"en","#text":"National and University Library of Slovenia"},"edm:dataProvider":{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport"},"edm:object":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-0949WXGD/maxi/edm"},"edm:isShownAt":{"@rdf:resource":"http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-0949WXGD"}}}}
