It can be concluded that collective agreements to a larger extent regulate the institutes which contribute to a more flexible organisation of working hours, but less so to those that contribute to the protection of workers and reconcilliation of professional and family life. The paper highlights the examples of good practice and suggests ideas as how to further regulate them"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku je analizirana ureditev opredelitve delovnega časa, njegovega trajanja in razporeditve v 26 kolektivnih pogodbah s področja gospodarske dejavnosti. Ugotoviti je mogoče, da kolektivne pogodbe v večji meri urejajo institute, ki prispevajo k prožnejši organizaciji delovnega časa, manj pa vsebujejo tistih, ki prispevajo k varstvu delavcev in usklajevanju poklicnega in družinskega življenja.
