In 1920 her mother, painter Elsa von Obereigner, was still searching with the Red Cross for her husband Heinrich von Obereigner, a captain in the 17th Infantry Regiment, also named \"Crown Prince Regiment\" in honor of the heir to the throne. Heinrich was wounded on the Dukla Pass already in 1914 and taken into Russian captivity. The imperial family, having been forced to leave Austria after the end of the war, lived in Switzerland at the time. A Ljubljana native, Augusta Borota von Budabran, submitted little Liselott's wish to the emperor's secretary, Emmerich Schonta v. Seedank. Obereigner (pozneje Liza Hribar), ki si je za sedmi rojstni dan zaželela avtogram tedaj osemletnega cesarjeviča Otta Habsburškega. Njena mati, slikarka Elza pl. Obereigner je leta 1920 še vedno preko Rdečega križa iskala svojega moža Henrika pl. Obereignerja, ki je bil stotnik v 17. polku, imenovanem po prestolonasledniku \"Cesarjevič\". Henrik je bil že leta 1914 ranjen na prelazu Dukla in odpeljan v rusko ujetništvo. Po koncu vojne je bila cesarska družina prisiljena zapustiti Avstrijo in je takrat bivala v Švici. Ljubljančanka Avgusta Borota pl. Budabran je željo male Lizelot sporočila cesarjevemu tajniku Emmerichu Schontipl. Seedank.
