The review covered 11 Slovenian studies conducted between 2013 and 2021. In total, 107 adults, 23 elderly people, and 2 people with special needs were included. To determine the effects of the exercise program, 3 test batteries were used in the studies, including »Urho Kaleva Kekkonen« (UKK), »Functional Movement Screen« (FMS), and »Senior Fitness Test« (SFT). We compared the results within individual test batteries and found that most of the subjects’ abilities improved after only six weeks. All groups (adults, elderly, and OPP) made progress in strength tests within a six-week exercise program. The greatest progress was shown in the strength endurance of the upper limbs and torso. In mobility, OPP and the elderly achieved better results in six weeks, while adults’ mobility improved only after 18 weeks of exercise. Balance tests showed the greatest change after six weeks in the group of people with special needs. When measuring aerobic capacity, the change in adults was measured after six weeks, while the elderly did not show the progress of statistical significance until after twelve weeks of exercise. Based on a review of the studies, we find that the ‘Health-promoting program ABC’ is an appropriate and effective tool for the inactive or less prepared adult population and the elderly, as well as for people with special needs"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V prispevku smo pregledali učinke programa »Zdrava vadba ABC« (ZVABC) na izbrane sposobnosti in gibalno učinkovitost pri različnih skupinah ljudi. V pregled je bilo zajetih 11 slovenskih raziskav, izvedenih med letoma 2013 in 2021. Skupaj je bilo vključenih 107 odraslih oseb, 23 starejših in 2 osebi s posebnimi potrebami (OPP). Za ugotavljanje učinkov vadbenega programa so bile v raziskavah uporabljene 3 testne baterije, in sicer Urho Kaleva Kekkonen (UKK), Functional Movement Screen (FMS) in Senior fitness test (SFT). Rezultate smo primerjali znotraj posameznih testnih baterij in ugotovili, da se je večina sposobnosti merjencev izboljšala že po šestih tednih vadbe. Vse skupine (odrasli, starostniki in OPP) so v okviru šesttedenske vadbe najbolj napredovale v testih moči. Največji napredek se je pokazal v vzdržljivosti v moči zgornjih okončin in trupa. V gibljivosti so OPP in starostniki dosegli boljše rezultate že v šestih tednih, medtem ko se je pri odraslih gibljivost izboljšala šele po 18 tednih vadbe. V testih ravnotežja je bila po šestih tednih največja sprememba pri OPP. Pri merjenju aerobnih sposobnosti so pri odraslih izmerili spremembo po šestih tednih, medtem ko so starostniki statistično značilno napredovali šele po dvanajsttedenski vadbi.
