Therefore, we need sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions in all areas, especially in the field of food production and environmental protection. The key importance is to raise awareness and educate people in the field of food production. In this dissertation, we developed and tested an innovative interdisciplinary didactic model, primarily for non-formal education, but also for formal education. It is based on an interdisciplinary approach, modern technologies and mobile applications. The developed didactic model and the online environment are the intended areas for the development of new career and employment opportunities in the labor market, especially in the field of organic farming. We placed special emphasis on social entrepreneurship, sustainable development and sustainable forms of production, with an emphasis on ecology and environmental protection. The developed didactic model, based on modern and mobile technologies, will certainly affect the achievement of higher competencies for learners than the use of the so-called classical teaching methods. With a modern approach to teaching, we will be up to date in the field of digital literacy, digital competencies and the needs of the economy"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Zavedati se moramo, da imamo samo eno naravno okolje, ki ga ne moremo brezmejno in brezobzirno izkoriščati. Zato potrebujemo trajnostne in okolju prijazne rešitve na vseh področjih, še posebej na področju pridelave hrane in varovanju okolja. Ključno pri tem je ozaveščanje in izobraževanje na področju pridelave hrane. V doktorski disertaciji je razvit in preizkušen inovativni interdisciplinarni didaktični model predvsem za neformalno in lahko tudi formalno izobraževanje, ki temelji na interdisciplinarnem pristopu in na sodobnih tehnologijah ter mobilnih aplikacijah. Razviti didaktičen model in spletno okolje sta namenjena razvijanju novih kariernih in zaposlitvenih možnosti na trgu dela, predvsem na področju ekološkega kmetovanja. Pri tem smo dali poseben poudarek socialnemu podjetništvu, trajnostnemu razvoju in sonaravnim oblikam proizvodnje s poudarkom na ekologiji in varovanju okolja. Razviti didaktični model na osnovi sodobnih in mobilnih tehnologij bo zagotovo vplival na doseganje višjih kompetenc učečih kot bi uporaba tako imenovanih klasičnih metod poučevanja.
