The investigated companies were segmented according to the type of ownership and capital"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"V državah v tranziciji pogosto govorimo o nujnosti tržne naravnanosti podjetij kot enem izmed pomembnih dejavnikov uspešnega vstopa v svet normalnih gospodarstev. Žal je tržna naravnanost v teh državah pogosteje predmet posplošenih in nepreverjenih domnev kot pa empiričnega proučevanja. V prispevku prikazujemo rezultate merjenja tržne naravnanosti v podjetjih v Sloveniji. Proučevana podjetja smo segmentirali glede na tip lastništva in tip kapitala. Rezultati kažejo, da vstop tujega kapitala v obliki neposrednih tujih vlaganj v podjetja v Sloveniji ne pomeni nujno tudi pozitivnega premika v njihovi tržni naravnanosti. Iz rezultatov naše raziskave izhaja, da je privatni ustanovitveni kapital eden izmed pomembnih motivatorjev v smeri višje stopnje tržne naravnanosti podjetij.
