The aim of the research work was to describe ways of communication on a children ward, and satisfaction of nurses and parents of sick children with it. The results revealed that both nurses and parents of hospitalized children are not satisfied with communication. In conclusion, some solutions for better interpersonal communication are presented, enabling effective interpersonal communication, the result of which is greater satisfaction of all subjects involved in nursing care of a childČlanek predstavlja rezultate dela raziskave, ki sem jo opravila v okviru diplomske naloge v študijskem programu zdravstvena nega. Zanimalo me je, kako poteka kominikacija na oddelku za otroške bolezni in kako so z njo zadovoljne medicinske sestre oziroma zdravstveni tehniki (v nadaljnem besedilu medicinskesestre) in tudi starši bolnih otrok. Zbrani podatki so pokazali nezadovoljstvo medicinskih sester in staršev hospitaliziranih otrok s komunikacijo.
