Therefore, one of the tasks of the project for the development of the Slovenian electronic archive e-ARH.si was to investigate how (with which software tools and methods) to take this data from the creators, which standards or formats to follow and how to present this data to the end user in a way that is as easy to understand and as simple as possible. In this task, the authors first examined primary and secondary sources of spatial data, analysed existing IT solutions and, based on this, established an IT environment and a process for the ingestion, storage and display of digital spatial data records. In the next phase, two pilot acquisitions were carried out to test the solution. All the results obtained were synthesised, analysed and evaluated to determine the effectiveness and relevance of the system solution. The result of the task is a system consisting of an IT infrastructure and a process for the management of archival spatial data that enables the ingestion, storage, management and display of spatial data. The data-service level of the infrastructure is complemented by two application solutions that allow access by the interested public, namely the \"Web Thematic Spatial Viewer\" and the \"Metadata System of the Slovenian Public Archival Service\""},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Digitalni prostorski podatki predstavljajo pomemben del arhivskega gradiva. Zato je bila ena izmed nalog projekta razvoja Slovenskega elektronskega arhiva e-ARH.si raziskati, kako (s katerimi programskimi orodji in metodami) je moč te podatke prevzeti od ustvarjalcev, katere standarde ali formate je treba pri tem upoštevati in kako nato te podatke prikazovati končnemu uporabniku na njemu razumljiv in čimbolj enostaven način. V članku so avtorji najprej proučili primarne in sekundarne vire s področja prostorskih podatkov in izvedli analizo obstoječih informacijskih rešitev ter na podlagi tega vzpostavili informacijsko okolje in proces prevzema, hrambe ter prikazovanja digitalnih prostorskih podatkov. V naslednji fazi so izvedli dva pilotna prevzema z namenom preizkusa postavljene rešitve. Vse pridobljene rezultate so sintetizirali ter analizirali in ocenili z namenom ugotavljanja, kako učinkovita in ustrezna je postavljena rešitev. Rezultat članka je vzpostavljen sistem, sestavljen iz informacijske infrastrukture in procesa za upravljanje arhivskih prostorskih podatkov, ki omogoča prevzem, shranjevanje, upravljanje in prikazovanje prostorskih podatkov.
