To study the micro climate conditions inside the miniature hermetic relay evaporating of the polymer relay parts as a consequence of the self heating was simulated. Polymer relay parts made of Araldit, Ultramid and Lexan were exposed to high frequency oxygen plasma (27,12 MHz); then the proces of high vacuum (?$1x10^{-6} mbar) outgassing substances were indentified and their relative quantities were estimated. Besides water vapour and hydrogen the largest quantities of saturated hydrocarbons C_xH_y with low number of carbon atoms were detected for Araldit. So we realized that the products outgassed from Araldit contaminated the relay athomsphere and contacts when the relay is cooled down.$?</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Stanje kontaktne površine je pomemben parameter pri zagotavljanju kontaktne zanesljivosti. Za študij mikroklime v miniaturnem hermetičnem releju je bilo simulirano izparevanje relejskih plastičnih delov zaradi lastnega segrevanja releja. Relejske dele iz polimernih materialov: araldita, ultramida in lexana smo izpostavili induktivno vzbujeni kisikovi plazmi (27,12 MHz) in jih razplinjevali (?$1x10 mbar) pri temperatur 135°C. S kvadrupolnim masnim spektrometrom smo analizirali molekulske mase razplinjenih substanc in ocenili njihovo relativno količino. Poleg vodika in vodne pare je bilo iz araldita izplinjenih največ nasičenih ogljikovodikov C_xH_y z nizkim številom ogljikovih atomov.
