Four piston alloys of different chemical compositions were experimentally investigated. Different temperatures and times (480 °C to 515 °C for 1 h to 60h) of the solution heat treatment were investigated. Additionally, the influence of the aging time and temperature (140-200 °C for 1 h to 30 h) on the hardness was studied. Eksperimentalno so bile preiskane štiri zlitine za bate z različno kemijsko sestavo. Preiskovane so bile pri različnih temperaturah in časih (480-515 °C od 1 h do 60 h) raztopnega žarjenja.
