Požiralci ognja uporabljajo med predstavo bruhanja oz. požiranja ognja mešanico ogljikovodikov. Aspiriranje te mešanice lahko povzroči hudo lipoidno pljučnico. Predstavljamo dva bolnika s hudo lipoidno pljučnico, ki sta med predstavo bruhanja ognja po nesreči aspirirala mešanico petroleja in parafina. Zaključki. Podaljšano zdravljenje z antibiotiki in sistemskimi kortikosteroidi je bilo uspešno.
