A deposition of the electrode, which must have a proper electrical conductivity and be porous enough that sensor has a quick response to changes of relative humidity is discussed. The thin Pt film deposited as the electrode on the polymer film is examined. The influence of different deposited parameters on the sensing mechanism and dielectric behaviour are investigated. The performance of this sensor structure is reported"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Predstavljamo sestavo in princip delovanja tenkoplastnega kapacitivnega senzorja relativne vlage, ki ima za dielektrik polimerno folijo. Opisan je nanos obeh elektrod, ki morata imeti primerno električno prevodnost ter morata biti dovolj porozni, da senzor hitro reagira na spremembe relativne vlažnosti v okolju. Elektrodi kondenzatorske večplastne strukture sta iz platine napršene na polimerno folijo skozi masko. Obravnavamo problem depozicije elektrod in njun vpliv na hitrost odziva in dielektrične lastnosti te senzorske strukture.
