Simulacijo biokompatibilnosti nerjavnega jekla in njegovih komponent in vitro smo izvajali v simulirani fiziološki raztopini, Hankovi raztopini, oboje z dodatkom različnih kompleksantov in proteinov. Koncentracijo sproščenih kovinskih ionov smo merili z diferencialno pulzno polarografijo in ICP-AES.
