We describe the advantages and disadvantages of each method. If we use two point clouds to calculate heights or volume changes, we should evaluate the density of each point cloud and their vertical and horizontal discrepancies. Opisane so prednosti in slabosti posamezne metode. Pred uporabo različnih oblakov točk za izračun višinskih ali prostorninskih sprememb, moramo preučiti gostoto točk v posameznem oblaku točk ter višinsko in položajno ujemanje med oblakoma točk.
