What exactly does this voluminous fonds contain; how it is currently regulated; based on which law, regulations and international standards the documents are managed in ASHAK, are the issues examined in this article. The paper also aims to emphasize this fonds’ relevance for the scholars of different disciplines of history, as its detailed research will shed light on certain aspects which need a further scientific examinationAvtorja obravnavata ureditev in vsebino arhivskega fonda Združenje Prizrenska liga v izgnanstvu, s sedežem v New Yorku, 1962–2012, ki ga hrani Državna agencija za arhive na Kosovu, ter zgodovinske in politične okoliščine, v katerih je ta fond nastal. Članek podaja raziskavo o vsebini tega obsežnega fonda, njegovi trenutni ureditvi, zakonodaji in mednarodnih standardih, na katerih temelji upravljanje z dokumenti.
