The initial microstructure of these steels consists of tempered martensite and ensures the optimal creep resistance. This microstructure is changed after a recrystallisation of martensite grains to the one with a homogenous distribution of carbide particles within the ferrite matrix thus strongly decreasing the creep resistance. In this work a systematic investigation of the effect of the annealing temperature in the range from 550 compositumC to 800 compositumC and time up to 1344 hours on the evolution of the phase composition of carbide precipitates was performed with an accent to the annealing temperature of 800 compositumC. Only at this temperature the recrystallisation ocurred in martensite grains and the distribution of particles changed significantly</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Maloogljična jekla, legirana s karbidotvornimi elementi, kot so krom, molibden in vanadij se uporabljajo za izdelavo temperaturno najbolj obremenjenih delov termoenergetskih naprav in objektov. Izhodna mikrostruktura teh jekel je iz popuščenega martenzita, kar zagotavlja optimalno odpornost proti lezenju. Ta mikrostruktura se po rekristalizaciji martenzitnih zrn spremeni v mikrostrukturo s homogeno porazdeljenimi karbidnimi izločki v feritni osnovi, kar povzroči znatno zmanjšanje odpornosti proti lezenju. Delo obravnava sistematično raziskavo vpliva temperature in časa popuščanja v intervalu od 550 compositumC do 800 compositumC in do 1344 ur na razvoj fazne sestave karbidnih izločkov s poudarkom na temperaturi popuščanja 800 compositumC.
