Although literature frequently states that a successful use of ERP solutions depends on the users, a more detailed review of the topic has revealed that the question concerning the factors which influence the actual adoption and use of ERP solutions has not yet been properly answered. The purpose of this paper is to present the adapted technological acceptance model (TAM) as one of the most widely used models for explaining the behavioural intention and the actual usage of ERP solutions. We adapted this model to explain which factors most fully assess the degree of the ERP usage. These factors are: social influence, business processes fit, user manuals, system performance, data quality, computer anxiety and personal innovativeness toward IT. Apart from the presented model, the paper also identifies the external factors which affect the acceptance and the use of the ERP solutions and indicates theoretical foundations for further applied research based on the findings of our study</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Celovitim programskim rešitvam (v nadaljevanju rešitve ERP) je zaradi velikosti in kompleksnosti treba nameniti veliko pozornosti, ne samo v fazah izbire in uvedbe, pač pa tudi v fazi uporabe. Ti dejavniki so: prilagajanje poslovnim procesom, vpliv okolja, kakovost podatkov, zmogljivost sistema, uporabniška navodila, osebna innovativnost glede uporabe računalnika in strah pred računalnikom. V prispevku bomo predstavili model, izpostavili zunanje dejavnike in na koncu nakazali teoretične smeri nadaljnjega raziskovanja skladno z novimi spoznanji, pridobljenimi v raziskavi</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:DOC-GBS32EJG"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:DOC-GBS32EJG" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-GBS32EJG/b7478952-5088-4c79-8a71-d8630eb170d7/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Slovensko društvo Informatika</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-GBS32EJG/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-GBS32EJG" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
