The ILC follows a protocol developed under the METEOMET project, which promotes cooperation between meteorological and metrological laboratories. Only temperature results are discussed, although the ILC also covers humidity and pressure. The analysis uses the En number to assess the participating laboratories’ proficiency. Most laboratories demonstrated acceptable results (|En| ? 1), but deviations in RA I and RA III suggest methodological or technical issues. The ILC has proven to be a valuable tool for assessing measurement competence and identifying improvement opportunities in laboratory practices"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Članek obravnava načrtovanje, potek in preliminarne rezultate globalne medlaboratorijske primerjave (ILC) na področju meritev temperature, ki poteka pod okriljem Svetovne meteorološke organizacije (WMO). ILC temelji na metodologiji, razviti v okviru projekta METEOMET, ki je prvič sistematično povezal meteorološke in metrološke laboratorije. V članku so analizirani podatki meritev iz več regij WMO, pri čemer se avtor osredotoča zgolj na temperaturo, čeprav je primerjava zajemala tudi vlažnost in tlak. Analiza in ovrednotenje meritev temelji na oceni vrednosti En, ki je merilo uspešnosti posameznega laboratorija v okviru primerjave. Večina laboratorijev je dosegla zadovoljive rezultate (En ? 1), posamezni primeri odstopanj pa kažejo na potrebo po izboljšavah pri uporabi opreme, nastavitev programske opreme in kalibracijskih postopkov. Še zlasti izstopata regiji RA I in RA III. Prispevek potrjuje pomen enotnega pristopa k izvajanju ILC ter nujnost ustrezne izvedbe meritev in interpretacije rezultatov v laboratorijih kot orodje za nadgradnjo sistemov kakovosti in usposobljenosti meteoroloških laboratorijev po svetu.
