Our laboratory results were compared with the diagnoses established by physicians. The course of the illness was followed in 213 individuals whose blood samples were tested for cell immunity against Borrelia burgdorferi. All patients showed clinical picture compatible with Borrelia burgdorferi infection. Sixty-five of the 213 patients (30.5%) developed cellular immunity, 4 (1.9o%) showed a non-specific cellular immune response, and 144 patients (67.6%) showed no cellular immune response to Borrelia burgdorferi antigens. The individuals were further divided into 5 groups by their clinical signs. In group 1, cellular immune response was observed in 45.8 per cent of patients, in group 2 in 57.1 per cent, in group 3 in 11.1 per cent, in group 4 22.1 per cent and in group 5 37.2 per cent of patients</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Namen naše raziskave je bil določiti vrednost in diagnostični pomen testa blastnega preoblikovanja limfocitov pri lymski boreliozi. V prvi skupini smo pri 45,8 % bolnikov odkrili razvoj celičnega imunskega odziva, v drugi pri 57,1 %, v tretji pri 11,1 %, v četrti pri 22,1 % in v peti skupini pri 37,2 %</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:DOC-FTGKC8CT"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:DOC-FTGKC8CT" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-FTGKC8CT/dae90eab-350c-4ec3-ba06-603e7b66fab5/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Društvo Medicinski razgledi</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-FTGKC8CT/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-FTGKC8CT" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
