The first part briefly outlines the importance of a fair trial for implementing the rule of law and supporting the confidence in judiciary. V prvem delu poskuša sumarno orisati pomen poštenosti sodnega postopka za udejanjanje vladavine prava in izgrajevanje zaupanja v sodno vejo oblasti.
